If you are planning to take admission in Delhi University with your CW quota despite of being a General Category Candidate, you may go ahead and seek admission. However you need to make sure that those who fall in both the category may have more concession in terms of percentage than you.

As you have scored 71%, it might be a bit difficult to get into any good Delhi University's colleges for BSc. Physics, nevertheless Delhi University is worth to try. I would still suggest you to apply for Private Universities too.
