I came to know that in CNLU Patna the percentage offered is 18% with 22 seats for EBC category.

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 1900-2600. So with the state domicile you can definitely expect CNLU, Patna in OBC category but do check for the number of seats also. Moreover you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely look out for other NLUs also. You have a sure shot chance of getting into all the NLUs below CNLU.
