I am getting 129 marks in CLAT 2019 according to the provisional answer key. Would I be able to get CNLU with bihar domicile?

With a score of 129 you may get a rank in between the range of 2500-3500. Since you are a domicile of Bihar you have a strong chance of making it to CNLU Patna. You can also check the domicile cut off for the year 2016 since in 2016 also the paper was easy and cut offs were high.
