Hello Ashraf,

For your marks, you will get CSE in Vizag.

130 is a pretty good score for any branch and considering the fact that around 1200+ seats are available in CSE, you can very comfortably make your way into CSE. Just make sure you attend the counselling. If they are not ready to offer you a seat wait it out till final round of counselling.
