You have a decent rank so you have possibilities to get into colleges like Kakatiya University,jntu manthani etc

You can try for Osmania University, JNTU Hyderabad but there is a tough competition and cut off generally lies below 100

But fill the application based on your preference irrespective of cutoff as it tends to change every year based on various factors

You can also try for  some good private colleges like cbit,vnr, Vardhaman ,mgit etc
