As per cutoff of 2018, selection was made with cutoff rank 290 and marks 151 but in 2017 cutoff rank was 313 and rank 164 so you can see cutoff changes every year and it is dufficult to tell exact chances of selection as cutoff depends a lot on the difficulty level of exam and no. Of applicants appear in the exam so i'll suggest you to go through the cutoff rank list which BHU is going to release soon.
