I think Under 1000 rank get a 50% fee concession if i am not wrong. With this rank you surely get CSE but if you take my suggestion then please join VIT or SRM if possible. 

But if you want to join GITAM then you can as you can get any branch.

GITAM GAT is very much defamed regarding this. Firstly they dont provide any fee concession whatever rank you are getting. Secondly, you should be careful about dontd get charged enough money there because there are many cases where this type of thing has been seen.

They advertise on their website that they provide 30 crores of scholarship but it is rare to see this thing happening actually.
