You can definitely convert CS eboth at BCE Bhagalpur and MIT Muzzafarpur.

However chnaces less dor BSc Agriculture courses, you can intgat case go for Bsc Forestry or Dairy Technology which is good alternative.

With MiT Muzzafarpur you cn also get Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
