Hi, with 219 marks it will be a little difficult for you to get a medical seat through All India Quota or State Quota, but you can definitely get Management seat in any private college by paying the donation money. In the merit list a candidate with score above 500 is able to get into top govt. medical colleges. You can also get admission in semi government seats in private colleges. The cut offs for private seats are generall lower than semi govt. seats. But the cut offs change every year depending on the difficulty level of the test, no. of applicants, results, no. of seats available etc.
