There is a good probability that you will that electronics and communication engineering at either Vellore or Chennai campus off VIT. With the mentioned rank and going with the trends of phase 1 counselling, you can get ECE under category 3/4 at Vellore campus while in category 2/3 at Chennai campus. But you need to fill your preferences wisely to avoid getting higher categories.
