Hello student. 29,000 rank is a good one. But the chances are a bit lesser due to increase in competetion,  number of students attending the test so on and so forth. You have mentioned an category/ reservation or quota.

If either of them exists, your chances might improve. I suggesr you too apply for other colleges to be on safer side
