now coming to your question,as per your rank,it seems very difficult to get seat in NIT's or IIIT's with this category rank.my sincere advice would be to have a look at some good private colleges and do this as soon as possible because councelling in on the line and this need to be done very quick.

I would like to inform you that with a ranking of 30000 obc ranking in jee main, you have a fifty-fifty chance of getting any seat in NITs only. With this ranking IIIts are out of equation , but you could definetly try for NITs in the special Rounds. Keep Your fingers crossed.
