Since this year only the Manipal entrance test is of 800 marks along with a negative marking so it might be a bit difficult for you to get CSE in the Manipal Campus itself. If you are lucky enough you might get a seat at other branches in CSE. So, you can either take other streams or try to enhance your score by a reattempt and make sure you get 450+.
