It seems your rank us good but according to your query and it will easy for you to get admission in engineering field as well as BSC. Also i would suggest you to do a survey of your favourite college according to your quota rank i.e SC, St, or OBC-B. If your match satisfied there according to your caste rank it will be good to go else you have to fill a enquiry form of the college you to take admission in, to request a call back and they will suggest you the admission procedure.
