Dear Ishita,  in 2018 under State Quota, 351 marks secured a seat in Maldah Medical College under SC category. That was the cut off. Going by previous cut offs and your score, you have decent chance at:

Midnapore Medical College
Bankura Sammilani Medical College
North Bengal Medical College
Murshidabad Medical College amongst others.

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges at: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-west-bengal

You have a fair chance at Sagardutta and Kalyani Medical College too. But its going to be a close call.
