You need to score a minimum of 25 percent of the total marks of Eamcet i.e., 40 marks out of 160. For sc or st category students there is no minimum qualifying marks.You stated that your category is obc ,you are considered as not qualified and cannot be able to appear for counseling process.

However you can try for the management quota seats which are by offered by the colleges through direct admission.
