As per your question, as you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under open category. Also  as per thier rules 75 percent weightage is given to EAMCET and 25 percent weightage is given to IPE score. Total marks scored in both of these should tell your estimated predicted rank.

As per your marks 48 and 9.6 in ap eamcet and ipe respectively you total score would be around 22.6 . As per this score you chance is low to get agricultural seat as you are not qualified in this entrance exam.
