With a score of 485 in the general category, you can secure a seat in the BAMS and BDS medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. You can also try for college based on your home State quota.
The scores and ranks vary each year with toughness of the exam and therefore availability of seats also varies. However, you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link:

Getting selected in BAMS is high. 

Chances of getting selected in BDS is little bit low but their is probabilty of your being selected as score is quite good.
