485 is a good score but for govt college having a score above 550 is considered safer. This year there can be a rise in cut off. So this may get fall short for govt mbbs. I will suggest you to continue your studies and try to secure a higher score next time. Otherwise if you want you can take admission in any private college which can give you a mbbs seat. Don't lose heart. Wait for result and let's see what happens.
