It is possible to get a BDS seat in government colleges of Delhi with your mentioned score provided that you are from Delhi. The cutoff for AIQ seats stays around your score and even if you wouldn't have been from Delhi you may have got a seat in ESIC Delhi.

As you mentioned with UR category and 535 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in Delhi for BDS through state quota(85%) are negligible as cutoffs are usually around 560+.
However you might get some good private medical college in Delhi state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
