As you got 69 marks in EAMCET and 531 marks in IPE your rank will be in between  17,500 to 20,000 with an overall percentile of 54.47 i.e., 32.34(EAMCET SCORE) + 22.12 (IPE SCORE ). It's difficult for you to get seat in B.v.sc based on your rank .
