Hi Sibashistripathy, yes you can eligible for the IISER behrampur and IISER Tirupati. These two IISER's accept the range of 70 to 80 in the general category. But it is not constant, cutoff marks are changed year by year, based on number of students appeared, diffulty level of question paper and many other factors.
