As the cut off varies every year but still it depends on the colleges/universities some universities consider last year cutoff as benchmark while other sets new cutoff every year. You have a good score but may be not enough. You can also get admission in ample amount of universities like NIT, MIT, Lovely Professional University, JNU and many more. I am suggesting you these universities although you are concerned with college in DU because you can get a huge scholarship with such a great score if you want you can check these universities once. And St.Stephens is the best college for BSc in Maths(hons) in Delhi University.
