Hello,
Your JEE main percentile is very low to get you a seat in any government colleges like NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Even your reservation category rank is too high to get you any seat in any government colleges. Actually all the seats get exhausted at around 50 k.

So please go for private engineering colleges in India like Sharda, Manipal, SRM etc.heres a list for some of them
