According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity last year cut off rank in round 1 for cse for sc category in vvit was 51053 and it might extend to 119275 in final round so might/might not  get cse though chances are high,you have high chances of getting  IT  as cut off rank for IT was 102756 in round 1.

Yes  aspirant you can easily go into the  college as you had the rank suitable for it according to the colleges cutoff for the computer science engineering  for the scheduled caste is 117568 as per the records , and the rank of yours is in between it so you can easily go into that, all the best and thanks for your approach.
