Sir I got 9.82 in inter and 84% in jee mains rank is obc 54000 can I get any nit or iiit or gfti seat pls reply

At OBC rank 54,000 it is difficult to get any NIT/IIIT. But for NIT well it depends on your state too. If you belong from some North-east state then using home state Quota you may get NIT too. IIITs is difficult to say but I would suggest you to definitely try and apply in JOSSA. You may get some of the lower ranked NITs in branches such as Marine , Biotech, etc. - Basically the branches which have very low cut-offs. Do try and apply in JoSSA - never lose hope !
