Best answer I can give you is to submit your allotment order before its too late.Your reservation is that which can fetch you a free seat.Full fee reimbursement is applicable to candidates with SC/ST reservation throughout the 4 year course.If you want to apply for phase 2 then make sure your list of colleges is much better than phase 1.Submit all the required documents in the college with the allotment order.Hope this is useful.
