IIEST Shibpur for placements then, you will have to work hard. You won't get the best here.

But if you are keenly interested in learning your subject, then go for it without a second thought the institute is mostly research oriented and the faculty is really good here as professors are no doubt really experienced.

Fee Structure for the course of MTech at IIEST Shibpur - 

Admission Fee - Rs. 500

Students Activities and others - Rs. 500

Infrastructure Maintenance Fee - Rs. 2,500

Tuition Fee (fully waived for SC/St/PwD Students) - Rs.35,000

Examination Fee - Rs. 1,000

Total (Per Semester) - Rs. 39,500.
