it would be easier to answer your question if you had mentioned the subject/course you have applied for in BHU PET 2019, so as to be able to tally your rank with the number of seats available in Banaras Hindu University for that particular course. However, OBC rank 177 looks a bit far away from the usual range of students intake in BHU in this category. You can still hope to be accepted by the university in their second or third round of couselling in case the seats remain available. But you should also look for other colleges as well in the mean time.
