Akash based upon your fetched rank in the VITEEE entrance exam you have the better chances to takeover the branches like ECE in the Vellore Campus but for getting into the CSE it might be somewhat harder for you but I am not saying impossible because those Candidate's who are lying under 10k will probably get into the Government Institution so there vacated seats will be takeover by the other candidate's . So in such cases you will have the chance to opt the CSE. And about the fee structure it will be around 3LPA based upon your tution fee and approx 1 Lakh as the hostel fee .
