sir i had a bds seat through neet 1 st counselling in andhra pradesh. will there be any cancellation fee if i attend for 2 nd counselling .

No, there will be no cancellation of seat you have to go for upgrade in order to attend second round of counselling.

sorry i can't understand. i didn't ask about cancellation of seat .i want to know is there any cancellation fee. if i want to attend 2 nd counselling what should i do now.

You can't cancel your seat if you want to go for further round. If you cancel your seat you will be out from the counselling.

Yes, you have to complete all your formalities and you have to choose the option upgradation.
