Hey,
While filling the application form of the Delhi University,if you have not applied for courses of Bachelor of Arts and just filled courses of Bachelor of Science,then you cannot apply for BA courses now. As the university gives you the chance to select all the courses of Science,Arts or Commerce while filling up the selection form.And it cannot be changed now.

Hello!
In the course selection of Delhi university application form, If you didn't apply for BA rather than applied for BCom it can't be changed because the application form assures your course selection. It can't be changed.
