Hello Mehak,
As the EWS category is being applied for the first time in NEET hence predicting the college for students of EWS category is difficult.
But if we see this year's 1st cutoff of Delhi university there's not much difference in the general category and was category candidates.
Hence I think that even with saw category your score of 500 won't fetch you any Government medical college.
Although you can look forward for Dental colleges in your state.

Hi mehak as per your marks in NEET 2019,your chances of getting any medical or bds seat in any government college is low .You should have get atleast 530 to 550 to make your chance even better with ews category,but still you have chance and you can try.You can also apply under state quota in your respective state.
