Hello aspirate

Your Neet score is very low and so you have no chances of getting seat in government or private medical colleges. And even not possible under management quota as you haven't qualified the exam.

You can reappear in next year if you are really interested in this field or go for other courses.

the Neet qualifying score for 2019 is as follow

UNreserved category 134

URPH 120

Reserved category 107

From the above given qualifying score for Neet it is clear that no matter you belong to which category you are not eligible for Neet counselling process as your score is less than the minimum qualifying score
