You haven't mentioned which Category you belong to. Neverthless, you need to qualify in NEET to study any course that acceots NEET scores. The cut off NEET scores in 2019 have been as follows:
General Category: 134-701
OBC,SC,ST: 107-133
UR-PWD: 120-133
As 55 is a very low score and you do not qualify in NEET with that score, you cannot take admissions.
