Hello Rathod,

Congrats on your score and rank.Yes you can do double mtech.It would be helpful if you could mention the category you belong to.Every college has different cut off and cut off also varies from category to category.It would be easy to suggest you college if you mention your category location and branch.

Going by last year trends you can get into CEL ONGC recruitment process.Every year cutoff changes based on number of vacancies,highest mark,number of applicants and etc.Secondly,with your score getting into iit is difficult but as I mentioned cut off changed every year last year lowest cut off was 342.
