I got 537 gate score, 9400 rank in Gate2019 for Mech. Engg. Which IIT can I get for Mtech or Mtech+PHD??

It is quite difficult for you to get IIT Delhi with this score.But you can definitely try for this.You can NITS with this score.Best of luck.
