As per your query, you will be eligible for the state quota of the state from which you have done your under-graduation ie, GUJARAT.

Please consider the following:

The state where you went via AIQ counseling for MBBS will become your home state for state counseling for NEET PG.

This is a central rule - No state can deny it as it’s not in their authority to.
