See EWS category is introducing first time so no one can predict that cutoff..But you van pretend that EWS cutoff is slidly Lower than The general Cutoff..see collges according to General category & ChooseWide options..

But i think You will not get in To NIT or IIIT at 26K category rank..Because when you compare this OBC then OBC cutoff is also higher than This rank..so Very less chance..still i am attaching a link below by which you can Find last year cutoff of NITs.
