Your score is good as per your stream and you might get a seat in one of the IIT. if we consider the last year cutoff's of GATE for civil Engineering, IIT Roorkee is one of the colleges you might land up in with score, there are chances of getting IIT Delhi, IIT kanpur, and IIT hyderabad. Just wait for the colleges to release their cutoff's and apply accordingly.
