Sorry to say but you didn't score enough to get any government or top upsee college with your rank. Although this year's cutoffs aren't out yet but if we look at previous year records the closing rank for computer science and engineering in FGIET is around 2k but you might get some average college of upsee including,

PSIT, Kanpur
Anand college of enginering and technology
Lucknow University
IIMT group of colleges
G.L.A institute mathura
