Government Medical college for 270 marks in NEET is quite not possible taking into consideration the competition. But you can try for Management quota seats. DME (Directorate of Medical Education) is has created seperate selection process for the NRI/Management seats. 

The fee structure for private colleges through management quota seats would range from 10 to 13 lakhs per annum, excluding the hostel fee, mess charges, transportation fee, etc. 

Apart from the above mentioned option, you can also go for BDS self-financing colleges.
