According to the previous years cut off statistics, you can get a seat through state quota under the government seat pool. Also, there is a slight possibility that you may get a government college through All India quota. If I consider the previous year data .Then you  have negligible  chances of getting admission in any of the government medical colleges in telangana even through state quota . Previous year minimum marks admitted for an st candidate was 406 for Government Medical College, Siddipet.Hope fully you might land up in a government dental college .Just remember one thing that The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
