Since you have not mentioned your category anywhere so I assume it to be genral.
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in uttar pradesh through state quota .

The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing muchcan be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

Dear Shivani, You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 469
OBC: 429
SC: 373
ST: 169
You have a fair chance of getting a seat in any Government Medical College irrespective of your Category. The list includes:
Sarojini Naidu Medical College
Motilal Nehru Medical College
UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences
BabaRaghav Das Medical College
Rani Laxmi Bai Medical College among others.
