Do not panic. There's a way out which is you can call up the WBJEE board and tell them about this issue. They will ask you to write an application stating that you would need a new confirmation page since you lost the previous one. Then issue a demand draft in the favor of WBJEE and you would have to submit it in their office. On submission of both, they usually issue the new confirmation page as soon as possible.
