if you are belonging to the non creamy layer of other backward classes in your state then it is ok if you have given NCL category but if you are just a simple OBC candidate then you will have to change from u n c l category selection to OBC general category selection during the window period from January 14 to January 31 2019 because you will not be able to make the corrections after that and there might be problems during verification and counselling procedure if you are categories don't match with your documents

Dear Ravi , if you fall under OBC- Non creamy layer, then that is fine. But if you are just OBC but have selected NCL, I would suggest you to make the necessary changes during the correction window when it opens on January 14th. You may have to pay an extra fees for the change in the category. Regarding your question of issues during counselling, it will be considered as a malpractise and your admission may stand cancelled.
