There is no need to panic for you can get in contact with the helpline of UPSEE. Here is the official link https://upsee.nic.in/publicinfo/Public/View.aspx?page=72

Please contact them and tell them about your issue in detail. Also make sure to carry the correct document during document verification. Hope this helps!
