Yes u call contact upsee office or u may go to their office

i selected the fee waiverNO but i want it yes it is possible and ( UP Institute Of Design, C-22, C Block, Phase 2, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301) it solve here or i should go lucknow for it.

I also did the same mistake and it was threatening but I got to Lucknow to its head office and their within 2 hours it got verified.
