Hello Priyanka, JOSAA councelling is for admission to the various IITs, NITs, IIITs, IIESTs and other govt/semi govt colleges that accept JEE scores and is a partner college of JOSAA. However most state colleges operation under the state government have separate admission process and have their own common admission tests etc. if the state colleges you are eyeing do not take part in councelling through JOSAA, you may then have to register for them separately.
