Hey !

Based upon your score and previous year cutoff trends , you have no chances to get a seat in govt. MBBS college under state as well as all india quota. You only have chances to get a seat in private medical colleges like

Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Sasaram

Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College and Lions Seva Kendra Hospital

You can check the cutoffs for all colleges of bihar by following the given link:

You can also predict the college you can get on the basis of your NEET AIR ,by using the NEET PREDICTOR TOOL;

Hello dear student
Greetings
You haven't mentioned your category, so I am assuming you from general Category.
Last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for general category was 533 and it was for colleges like Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzzafarpur.
So with your marks you will not get a seat.
thankyou
Please feel free to ask your further queries if any.

Hello student,
You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 466, if your category is general, then it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 533 was required to fetch one a seat in Dharbanga medical college in general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state

Good luck
